My first step into a fascinating world called-Robotics

Man what a first step!
I went today to DCE to attend a workshop on robotics.I shall remember this place for the rest of my life as it was at the same place I assembeled my very first robot(I sahll be uploading the pics soon). Well as of the workshop it was fun.Today we learnt about the mechanical systems a robot,about it's movements and ll that stuff.
It was pretty exciting as this was my first step into the world of robotics.
But as I entered the DCE campus that same old odd feeling just returned once again.The feeling of even I could have been here and that crap.I know it's usless but I just can't help my heart from swaying.
Today we made a wired robo and controlled it with our controller.Towards the end of the day we had a competition against the 60 odd teams participating in the workshop.We had to guide our robo through a complex course in the least time.We had a timing of 43.26 seconds which was pretty good considering the fact we had some faulty batteries.
SAYONARA as the second day hold more surprises for us that the first day.

A happy happy day for me!!!!

Man when things all things fall into place together you feel happy.Don't You???? I bet you would,something same happened to me today.First the quiz in Calculus -2 went off pretty well and I can expect 10/10 in this one.
Then after some visits to Mr.Kaushik(The person who was handling our sponsorship issue) we finally got what we wanted.The college has decided to sponsor 2/3rd of the amount for the workshop which means that roughly we have to pay only 500 bucks instead of paying the full 1500.That is some saving.
As for the day it was free free and free.C'mon if you have just 2 classes in a day that's how you would feel.Did almost nothing in the day except roaming around here and there and roaming around for our sponsorship.

A hush hush day!!!

Hii!!!!!
Well today was a pretty hush hush day foe me.With we deciding to pay a visit to DCE for a workshop being conducted for robotics and paying from my pocket(Rs 1466).We asked the college to sanction us the registration fees but no the deputy director and Director are some important personalities that the students are not allowed to meet them ,even though the students are taking the initiative to do something for the college.I mean Rs 4400 is not a big deal for the college but still they take no interest.
Anyways if the college does sponsor us then well and good otherwise I am paying for myself and so will Karan and Ankit.
Got some other bad news today.My ENR teacher is somewhat turned-off by me for no fucking apparent reason but do I really give a damn to it??? I DON'T THINK SOO!!!!
Well as for the day in the college it went of pretty good,without any mishaps.The time passes pretty well as the lectures have been shortened so we get an hour free and as of tomorrow i am totally free .WHY ??Well mate I just have the first two classes so you can imagine ow busy I would be!!
SAYONARA or now as I have a Calclus-2 test tomorrow and by test I remember that I had a physics quiz today which sucked big time.

Some respite till the fest!!!!

Yay!!!
The lectures have become shortened to 40 mins and we get a full hour free towards the end of the day meant for the practice for the fest.Our college fest Manthan is coming up an the 27,28 of next month and continues into the first day of March.
Anyways whatever it is the last free hour benefits us a lot!! Full day u go to classes and cannot even take a breather but the end of the day is a great one.Do what you want to!!!These days I also started playing Counter Strike in the computer lab.So the evenings pass of pretty nicely.
Today was just another day but Karan was absent today.So the college environment seemed a touch different.
God I have a lot of assignments waiting to be prepared and submitted tomorrow so SAYONARA!!!

Another good day.....turns bad towards the end

Hii !!!
Well a day where there is nothing to write home about except for the fact that it turned a touch bad towards the end.Bad in the sense that my mood was a bit off.Y?? Becase of a fucking question that I have been asked many a times and I have warded it off smilingly.
Anyways I shall be going home tomorrow for 3 days.Nothing new in that but when there is nothing to write about then you gotta write something yaar.

I made a busy day free!!!

Yay I flunked 2 classes and made a very booring day enjoyable.
Today I also gave my GPA treat to Karan and Naina.The day was a long and hard one otherwise.The teachers I have in this semester are pretty booring typos!!!But it is also an advantage as I can do whatever I want to in the classes.It's not that I don't pay attention at all in the classes but sometimes you feel so sleepya that you just can't help but do things which are not meant to be done in a class :) . Take for eaxample my Sociology lecturer.I feel so sleepy in the classes that I just cannot tell you!
Leaving that aside everything is going just fine exept for a few things right now in my life so overall myself is pretty happy with whatever is going on.Not pretty happy but happy. :)

Writing after a long time!!!!

Hii!!
Writing after a long time and during this long period many a things have happened.People crying,people going back to normal and me ending up with a bruised finger(today).Man this week and the last few days in the previous week seemed to have lighten the load of classes although the classes are same but me is bunking them.It's not that I bunk all but if I have 7 then I shall miss at least and at most 1 so the day just seems short.Otherwise the life is almost the same here with nothing new happening or nothing exiting happening.Don't know why after every class I have just 1 suggestion and that is to bunk the next class.You know all due to the heavy load of 6-7 classes per day.Anyways life is going on and it will go on.

Some respite but life is still the same!!!!

From the bottom of my heart I thank my Sociology teacher for deciding to absent himself today because it gave me two classes free out of the 7 I had today.I had 4 back to back classes out of which two were back to back physics in the first half before the break.It's so difficult to handle 2 back to back classes of physics,but today the teacher conducted a surprise quiz so that practically gave ME one class free ;) . Otherwise it was another long day.
The evening went of as usual and nothing special really in the day except for I managed to break my spectacles.
SAYONARA!!!! I am pretty tired and have a suck ass quiz pending for tomorrow.

Life is getting booring by the day.... :((

It really is getting boring as the days are passing by and unfortunately I can't help but just let it take the shape it is taking.No fun at all in the college since many are still recovering from the shock of the first semester result and those who have recovered or got no shock have loads of classes to deal with.Our little celebration regarding our GPA is still pending.This bad is our life in the second semester.Had it been the first semester we would have bunked the day and celebrated but now we gotta wait for some fucking Saturday or Sunday and that too is not confirmed.
Don;t know how the fuck will this semester go by.Probably the only thing that keeps me going is that I know some how or the other time will go by and so will this semester.
Nothing new today .Same old story being repeated day after day.

OF classes ,classes and classes

Hey man what is our life coming to????
I mean the load of classes has increased so much in the second semester that we don't even get any breathing space.Just shuffling between the classrooms and lecture halls and to compound to the misery the teachers are pretty boring and suck ass.
In the first semester I used to have maximum of 5 classes on any given day,in this sem I have a minimum of 5 on any given day.So you see this much of load will take some time getting used to.The subjects in this semester are also not very very good.MATLAB,Economics,Sociology along with Physics,Calculus-2 and English make this 4 month semester seem a very very long and hard one.God save me from all this mess really.The one good thing this semester is I have a full weekend.NO classes on Saturday.
Today was another busy day with 6 back to back classes if I count out the break.1,2,3,4,6,7,all of them were so boring so boring that I could barely keep my eyes open except for English.In the evenings I played some table tennis and basketball,and here I am right now writing this blog entry while I wait for tomorrow because tomorrow is going to another long and hard day with 7 classes lined up.GOD please save meeeeeee!!!!!

A day of witnessing extreme emotions!!!!

Hii Everyone!!!!!
Well today was another good day.Less classes,happiness for some and despair for some.The day began with me bunking my economics class to give moral support to Karan since he had not taken his result for the first semester and there was an infighting going within himself weather he would get 2.5 GPA or not.Finally he went into the room and he came out and shouted out with joy since he had got a 3.167 GPA.He hugged me with joy and jumped like idiots.Then the same thing was repeated again after two minutes.There was a look of happiness and joy that comes from within.I could see it on both my and Karan's faces.I felt more happy for Karan's result then I felt for mine.
Naina too got a 3.444 GPA but there was a look of despair on her face for a reason.
Well I am pretty happy today as everybody in our group got a good GPA.

Of GPA and 8 classes!!!!!

Hi Everyone!!!!

Well Today was a long day.8 classes out of a possible of which 2 were Economics(the class in which you feel most sleepy and not want to study).From my past habits I would have instinctively bunked at least 1 or 2 classes but actually today I did not bunk any of them.Although by the end of the day I was in a pretty bad state.Tired both mentally and physically.
Then towards the fag end of the day came the bombshell.THE RESULT FOR THE FIRST SEM HAD BEEN DECLARED!!!!!!
After cutting a long waiting line short I finally got hold of my transcript.A GPA of 3.550 on a scale of 4.000,which also means a scholarship of 12k for me in the next semester.It's party time folks!!!Not only because I have got a good GPA but all my friends ended up getting good GPA's so we shall celebrate.

New Semester but the same old story!!!!

Hii everyone.....
Today I entered my second semester. Second semester but the same old story.The same old Maths class first up and then I had economics.What a teacher man!!!! God save us all from him .
The 2 physics labs .The teacher seemed nice though.

The only thing that really led me to the college was the exitement of meeting mah friends whome I have missed for a touch too long in the vacations.
And you know what AIT will remain AIT and the administration will be AITians after all.In all their wisdom they opened the college today and gave us an off on Saturday.I mean WTF??
They could have called us straight on Monday but NO!!! Afterall this is what is AIT!!!!
